About the procedure in our clinic
First visit. The doctor examines the oral cavity, if necessary, makes an x-ray of the teeth. If there are no health concerns with veneers, the doctor will prepare the surface of each tooth. He prepares the teeth by removing only the least amount of enamel necessary. Due to the minimal intervention, the procedure of preparing the teeth does not require anesthesia and is painless. After that, a dental cast is made and sent to the laboratory, where the porcelain veneers are made. Following a visual examination, the doctor will disclose the price of the treatment.
Second visit. The dentist places the veneers on each tooth one at a time during the second visit. Despite the small thickness, veneers for teeth are very strong, so the lifetime of such structures is 15 years, and, in some cases, even longer. Due to the material they do not lose their shine and retain color.
